Your Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for parents who are curious about enrolling their child. You’ll:
- Respond to inbound WhatsApp leads (no cold calling)
- Listen to parents’ needs and recommend the right class/batch
- Handle all incoming and outgoing sales and support calls
- Follow up persistently and warmly to drive enrollments
- Manage leads in our CRM
- Hit monthly enrollment targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent communicator in Hindi + English (spoken and written)
- Sales-oriented mindset — you enjoy convincing people and following up
- Reliable and disciplined — can work from office consistently
- 0–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
