Mission
Lead and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that grow every HoopStar brand, inspire parents, and keep kids happy, healthy, and engaged.
Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the entire marketing funnel—from content ideation and calendar planning to influencer collaborations and performance tracking. You’ll coordinate in-house creators, agencies, and freelancers to deliver thumb-stopping content, and you’re comfortable stepping in front of the camera when a campaign needs a friendly face.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Calendar
- Plan monthly and weekly themes, pillars, and storylines aligned with business goals
- Draft clear briefs for video editors, designers, or agencies and ensure on-brand execution
- Maintain a living content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, and blogs
- Campaign Execution
- Supervise end-to-end production of reels, ads, thumbnails, blog posts, and newsletters
- Own influencer outreach, negotiation, briefs, and performance follow-up
- Coordinate paid campaigns (Meta, Google) with performance specialists
- Performance Analysis & Optimisation
- Track KPIs (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, follower growth) via platform analytics and dashboards
- Run A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, and landing pages; present insights in weekly reviews
- Iterate quickly on learnings to hit growth targets for each brand vertical
- Team & Vendor Management
- Manage a mix of in-house creators, freelancers, and agencies—set SLAs and give actionable feedback
- Document workflows, naming conventions, and best practices for repeatability
- Keep Sales, Ops, and Product teams in the loop on campaign status
- Brand Growth & On-Camera Presence
- Champion a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content
- Appear in explainer or testimonial videos when a campaign benefits from a human face
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social-media management
- Proven success planning and executing multi-platform campaigns (IG Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Strong taste for modern content and deep awareness of current social-platform trends
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals (funnels, segmentation, positioning)
- Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing workflows and measurement
- Comfortable acting on camera (confident diction and presence)
- Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and basic Excel/Sheets
- Excellent written and spoken English; crisp copy-writing skills
- Disciplined, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with kids’ or ed-tech brands
- Basic video-editing or design skills (Premiere, Canva, Figma)
- Familiarity with SEO basics and email platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
- Ability to interpret cohort data and craft growth experiments
