🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Make around 100-120 calls/day to new inquiries and follow-up leads
- Speak confidently with parents, answer their questions, and guide them toward enrollment
- Handle inbound queries from WhatsApp and phone calls
- Explain class offerings, levels, and trainer credentials clearly over the phone
- Send class details, links, and updates through WhatsApp Business
- Update lead status and call outcomes in our CRM system (training provided)
- Collect feedback from existing students’ parents to improve service quality
🧠 Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales preferred
- Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and CRM software
- Friendly, persuasive, and driven by targets
