Role Summary
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads and any other paid marketing channel. You’ll plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns that hit aggressive CPL, ROAS and enrolment targets while continually testing new creatives and audiences.

| 20 % | Creative Testing: Brief, brainstorm and A/B test hooks, copy, and visuals (static, video, carousel) to consistently surpass 25 % hook rate, low CPM & high CTR. |
| 15 % | Funnel & Landing Pages: Coordinate with design/dev to ensure pages load fast, track UTM/GA4 events and drive frictionless sign-ups or WhatsApp chats. |
| 15 % | Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate). Build weekly dashboards, diagnose performance swings, and propose data-backed actions. |
| 10 % | Growth Experiments: Ideate and run structured tests (audience, creative, offer, placement) to unlock new pockets of scale (e.g., PMax, Advantage+). |

Must-Have Qualifications
- 1-5 yrs hands-on campaign execution in Meta & Google Ads for B2C lead-gen or DTC brands.
- Proven track record of scaling spends ≥ ₹10 L/month while improving CPL/CAC.
- Deep GA4, Meta Events Manager, GTM & conversion-API implementation knowledge.
- Strong grasp of audience segmentation (LLA, custom intent, in-market) and funnel strategy.
- Excellent Excel/Sheets & analytical skills; comfortable presenting insights to founders.
- Up-to-date on Meta & Google Channels creative best practices.
- Fluent written & spoken English; crisp copy skills for parent-focused messaging.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience marketing to parents/children or EdTech.
- Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM (Kommo), WhatsApp Cloud API, and cohort analysis SQL.
- Video editing basics (CapCut/Premiere) to iterate UGC & Reel-style ads quickly.
- Basic design chops (Figma/Canva) to mock first-pass creative.
