About Students:
- Name, age, and gender (to assign age-appropriate classes)
- School name (for kids enrollments)
- Height and weight (for adults, when needed for hoop sizing)
- Class attendance and progress
- Certificates earned
Technical & Device Information:
- Device type (Android/iOS) when using our mobile app
- Push notification token (to send class reminders via the app)
- Profile photo (if uploaded in the app)
Communication & Marketing Data:
- WhatsApp messages exchanged with our team during enrollment and support
- Responses to broadcast messages and campaigns
- How you found us (ad source, referral code, search keywords)
We collect information about children only through their parent or guardian. Children do not create accounts or interact with us directly.
2. How We Collect It
- WhatsApp: When you message us or click a WhatsApp ad on Facebook/Instagram
- Website & App: When you browse our website or use the HoopStar mobile app
- Enrollment: When you register for a class
- Ads: When you interact with our ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google
3. Why We Collect It
- To enroll students in the right class and batch based on age, level, and location
- To schedule classes and send reminders via WhatsApp and push notifications
- To process payments and issue receipts
- To deliver hula hoops and certificates to your address
- To recommend the right hoop size (height/weight for adults)
- To share class updates, progress reports, and certificates
- To communicate with you about your enrollment and support queries
- To improve our classes, marketing, and customer experience
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for payment processing, communication, analytics, advertising, and hosting online classes. These services may process your data as described in their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
